C&DD TransLoad Facilities

 

The Landbridge Group and its Joint Venture Partner ETC Capital have begun to acquire C&D transload facilities that ship construction and demolition debris to landfills by rail.

The first acquisition is a facility inNewarkNew Jersey. The facility has just become a fully permitted 1,500 tons per day MRF (Material Recovery Facility) by the State ofNew Jersey DEP.

 

The facility will be a recycling center for metals, plastics, wood, and card board removed from the incoming waste stream. In addition to the above recyclables, the company will also take in and dispose of tires.

 

The company will use the latest technologies to help them recover the optimum levels of recyclables.

 

Besides C&D the company is capable of transloading other products onto and off of rail cars such as pelletized plastics for extruding, building products, aggregates and heavy equipment.
