Landbridge Project Management

The Landbridge Project management team serves its clients as a consulting group, project manager and general partner with extensive expertise in rail terminal development, commercialization of recycling technology, waste disposal. and specialized transportation logistics projects. 

Projects completed by the management group include the development of a short line railroad in Middletown, New York, a recycled pulp facility in Hagerstown, Paedegat Basin Bridge beam logistics project under construction, Maryland and a medical waste disposal facility in Baltimore, Maryland.

The company manages projects concepts to written business plans and financial analysis to a complete development package. 

The company is currently involved in commercial land and rail development projects in New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio and New Jersey which, when completed, will encompass many different commercial enterprises.
